1. We will start to purchase materials and arrange accessories samples after your Tech Pack confirmed. we just make sneakers, other accessories are made by our partner suppliers. 
2. Samples usually take around 20 working days, depends on your designs. If leather uppers has several colors and stripes, that will take longer. As we need to get those color and stripes leathers in local markets. If lucky, we can get immediately if they have stocks. if not, then we need wait few days to ask them change colors according to our Pantone  Card Numbers. 
3. For Sole, we usually use blank. It costs around 1,000USD  to open a size mold. You need pay 8,000USD for a men set soles US 6- US 13. And it takes 20 working days.  A wooden mold will be made for you after you confirm to make your own brand soles.  Then you can make change on the wooden mold.  After all details confirmed, your sole mold will be produced. After that, several soles will be made for testing. Then your own brand sole finished. Mid-sole and out-sole colors are optional. We do transparency , glow , normal solid color.  And your logo can be printed into the sole as well. 
4.Sample upper is stitched by hand, not computer stitching. We need open a set of stitching molds If you wanna perfect computer stitching. That takes around 2 weeks. We can finish in 2 days if you accept hand stitching. 
5. For bulk orders, we will open a set of uppers computer stitching molds to make sure all sneakers are in same quality.
6. For shipping, we send by air or sea（double side clearance, no duty). By air, it takes around 7 days to US.  By sea, it takes around 15 days. but you can save a lot. Shipping cost changing day by day, need check with your local forwarder. 
7. Payment terms,  for bulk order, we accept T/T, 70% deposit,  balance before shipping.  Sample order,  100%. Alipay, Paypal, Western Union or MoneyGram.
